As the manager of library systems and technology in Singapore Management University (SMU) Libraries, Salihin is responsible for transforming library services through the innovative use of technology. He is experienced in managing diverse projects dealing with library data analytics, database access authentication systems and physical library learning spaces. He was formerly an IT project manager handling enterprise information systems and digital library infrastructure projects in the Singapore Public Service. ‍
